Farm Shred is a one-hour group-oriented, circuit-based workout where we flip tractor tires, carry water buckets, run laps around the field, lift weights, move, and stretch. Be inspired and inspire others to strengthen both body & mind.

Check-in takes place under the barn

Tickets are $12 per person and just $9 for Farm Members

  • Food and beverages can be purchased in the Farmhouse. No outside food or beverage is permitted

    ***All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to different dates. Please make sure you have the correct date and time selected.***

  • Your ticket is valid for 1 hour during your chosen time slot – please be aware of the time out of respect for all attendees
  • Guests are prohibited in the following areas: between garden rows, greenhouses, the chicken coops, and neighboring properties.
  • Picking any produce or flowers is prohibited unless otherwise discussed. Parking is limited on-site; we encourage folks to carpool if possible.
  • If the front lot is full, additional parking can be found at the very back of the property. If someone in your party has a physical disability, contact us ahead of time to discuss accommodations. Please be aware that events may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.
